That Dom Perignon...

is getting moved to the fridge for CHILLIN'!!!! Cuz today I found my BOARDS PATIENT!!!! And a superb one at that! Turns out all that hanging at Caribou Coffee has panned out, as one of my baristas (person making the coffees) is my ticket!! I have been doing proverbial back flips for hours and hours now. I was shaking so much when I left school today, I wasn't sure I should be driving across town to pick Alex up!! She has enough calculus to qualify for probably 3 or 4 students, in fact. I will use her for my exam on April 2nd and then my friend, Kim, will use her for her exam on April 3rd. I was so excited that I could share this with Kim - she's been a MAJOR savior of mine (especially this past month), and it is just one small way of showing my appreciation. After all, without her, I wouldn't even be taking this exam. We went to dinner and drinks tonight to celebrate.

Did my patient today all in one appointment! So my day was off to a good start! Thanks to my friend, Josie, for coming in for me one last time!

AND...AND...if that wasn't enough... I got a call from Metro Dental wanting to interview me for per diem position. Where I would float amongst their Twin Cities' locations as a fill-in hygienist. Considering they have like 20+ locations, could be pretty lucrative. Usually, these positions pay about $5 more an hour than resident hygienists, and I get travel allowance on top of that. If nothing else, could be great experience working for one of the area's largest dental groups. High tech, High volume offices which would allow me to further my skills.

Today was a VERY good day. One that I so needed!!! YIPPEEEEE!!!
