Kung Fu Shuffle!

One of the new activities that the girls are taking part in is Kung Fu. They both love it! Alex does it from the sidelines as he can't join the school until he is 5. He can't wait! Rebecca will have her first belt test next Saturday, July 22nd. Michaela will have a double belt test next session as she misses next week's test. She leaves for Ray's tomorrow for a 5 week stay.

The 7 and younger kids (Becca's group) had a pre-test today. She scored 9.5 and 9 (out of 10) on her tests. So she should kick butt next week. Michaela was working with one of the 3rd degree black belts (instructor's son) on self-defense. She is pumped cuz she can now break noses :)
